Terms of Service

These Terms apply to BlackTurtle websites, workspaces, AI search, file analysis, report generation, project storage, paid subscriptions, and related services provided by ENF Advisor Inc..

By using the service, creating an account, or requesting a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

If a separate order form, quotation, enterprise agreement, or written contract applies, that document may prevail over these Terms.

BlackTurtle is an AI-powered information service that helps connect industry problems with patents, national R&D projects, company candidates, and market signals.

Outputs are not legal, investment, tax, accounting, patent-right, grant-selection, or contract-availability advice.

Use outputs as reference material only and verify original sources, public filings, patent documents, government notices, and professional review before final decisions.

You must provide accurate and current information and may not use another person’s account or false information.

Accounts are generally for one user. You may not share, resell, or pool an account without our prior approval.

You are responsible for account security and must notify us immediately of unauthorized access, credential leakage, or suspicious use.

Children under 14 may not use the service without legal guardian consent.

BlackTurtle operates free and paid plans based on usage of Lite, Thinking, Pro Intelligence, and file/problem extraction features.

Free: A one-time included usage allowance to experience the full flow end-to-end. 100 included uses on signup (one-time, no refresh) / Search/extract counts as 1 use · expand 2 · concretize/drawing 5 · patent/doc draft 10 / Premium (gpt-5.5) counts ×3 usage / Failed or cached results do not count against usage / 3 saved projects

Pro: For individual experts and founders repeatedly running ideas, patents, and docs. 400 included uses / month / Monthly refresh; unused usage does not roll over / Premium (gpt-5.5) counts ×3 usage / Failed or cached results do not count against usage / 25 saved projects

Max: For heavy comparison across candidates, markets, patents, and R&D evidence. 1,200 included uses / month / Monthly refresh; unused usage does not roll over / Premium (gpt-5.5) counts ×3 usage / Priority support / 100 saved projects

Lite means short evidence search and candidate discovery. Thinking means multi-step reasoning and comparison. Pro Intelligence means advanced-model reporting with sources and structure.

Daily quotas reset at 00:00 KST. Monthly quotas reset on the billing date or signup date. Unused quota does not roll over.

Automated bulk calls, account sharing, scraping, circumvention, and abnormal traffic may be restricted regardless of plan quota.

We do not automatically charge overages. Additional usage requires separate approval or an add-on pack notice.

Availability and processing of certain features may change due to AI model providers, MongoDB, Railway, PortOne, connected PG/card/e-wallet providers, or other external service policies and outages.

Paid plans are offered monthly. Payments are generally processed through the PortOne checkout. Available methods may include card, e-wallet, bank transfer, and other payment methods made available in the PortOne checkout.

Before the live PortOne channel or recurring billing setup is fully enabled, paid plans may be handled by email approval, invoice, manual payment, or separate notice.

Payment method, billing date, auto-renewal, receipt issuance, and failed-payment handling follow the checkout page, PortOne checkout, email notice, or separate order form.

We may limit paid features or downgrade the account if payment fails, payment is overdue, fraud is suspected, refunds are abused, or account sharing is detected.

Prices, included usage, and feature bundles may change due to operating cost, AI model cost, infrastructure cost, legal requirements, or provider policy changes. Material adverse changes for existing paid users generally apply from the next billing cycle after notice.

Free features may become paid in the future, but you will not be charged unless you explicitly agree to a paid plan.

You or the original rightsholder retain rights in materials you submit. We process them as necessary to provide the service, secure the service, respond to errors, meter usage, and improve quality.

AI outputs are generated automatically from your inputs, public data, search results, and model responses. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, recency, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Before using outputs in external submissions, investment materials, contracts, patent documents, grant applications, or decisions, you must verify source materials and obtain professional review.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not infringe third-party copyrights, privacy rights, trade secrets, security policies, or confidentiality obligations.

You may not use the service for unlawful data processing, unauthorized personal data or trade secret processing, rights infringement, false submissions, defamation, discrimination, hate, or illegal activity.

You may not reverse engineer the service, copy model/prompt/database structures, bypass security, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abnormal traffic, scrape, crawl, bulk-call, DDoS, or overload infrastructure.

Without prior approval, you may not use outputs to build a competing service, train a model, resell a database, or resell bulk reports.

You may not rely on BlackTurtle outputs as the sole basis for high-risk legal, investment, tax, medical, employment, or regulated decisions.

The BlackTurtle service, UI, software, database structure, taxonomy, model routing, prompt workflows, brand, design, and documentation are owned by us or their lawful owners.

You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms.

You may use outputs generated through your account, subject to your submitted materials, third-party rights, public data licenses, and model provider policies. You are responsible for checking those restrictions.

We may change features, models, data sources, metering, UI, and pricing to improve quality, security, compliance, provider policy alignment, or cost structure.

Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security patches, incidents, AI model provider outages, MongoDB/Railway infrastructure issues, PortOne or connected PG/card-issuer issues, or legal/policy changes.

We will use reasonable efforts to notify and restore service where feasible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, a specific response time, or a specific result.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or features if you breach these Terms or create security risk, payment risk, account-sharing risk, abnormal traffic, third-party-rights risk, or legal risk.

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. Account and project data will be deleted under the Privacy Policy, except for billing, dispute, and security records we must retain.

Paid subscription cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Unless caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for inaccurate AI outputs, omissions, delay, external data errors, external API/model/infrastructure outages, or your input errors.

We are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages such as investment losses, business losses, lost profits, reputation damage, third-party disputes, grant rejection, contract failure, or patent registration failure.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may notify you through the service, email, notices, or billing communications.

When these Terms change, we will post the effective date and material changes. Material adverse changes will be announced with reasonable prior notice.

If you do not agree to changed Terms, you may stop using the service or cancel your subscription before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

The parties will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before the court having jurisdiction under applicable civil procedure law.
