Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund rules for BlackTurtle subscriptions, metered AI features, and digital reports.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to monthly or annual subscriptions, metered AI features, Pro Intelligence reports, file analysis, add-on usage, and other paid digital features of BlackTurtle.
Separate enterprise agreements, invoices, PoCs, consulting, custom builds, or data integrations may have separate refund terms that prevail.
2. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a subscription for the next billing cycle at any time.
After cancellation, the already paid service period generally remains available until the end of that period and will not renew.
Cancellation must be completed before the renewal date. PortOne, connected PG/card/e-wallet providers, or manual-billing operations may require processing time.
3. Withdrawal eligibility
Where applicable e-commerce or consumer law allows withdrawal, you may request a refund within seven days of payment.
However, refunds or withdrawal may be limited once digital content or online service has been provided, including generation of Pro Intelligence reports, file analysis, Thinking research, or substantial use of monthly quota.
Free trials, sample reports, and free quota may be treated as previews or trial use of the digital service.
4. Refund limits after usage
A full refund may be limited in any of the following cases.
You generated one or more Pro Intelligence reports.
You used file/problem extraction.
You used 20% or more of the Thinking or Pro Intelligence quota for the billing period.
You substantially used monthly included quota, add-on usage, or promotional credits.
Your access was restricted due to account sharing, automated bulk calls, Terms violations, or security circumvention.
5. Partial and exceptional refunds
If paid core features are unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault, or if duplicate/wrong billing is confirmed, we may provide a full refund, partial refund, or service credit after reviewing usage and incident duration.
Partial refunds may consider remaining term, high-cost AI features already used, PortOne/PG/card processing fees, taxes, invoices, and promotional discounts.
Outages or policy changes of AI model providers, MongoDB, Railway, PortOne, connected PG/card/e-wallet providers, networks, or other external services do not automatically mean company fault. We will prioritize reasonable restoration or substitute service.
Where a refund is required by law, applicable law prevails over this policy.
6. Refund process
Refund requests must be sent to contact@enfadvisor.com.
Include your account email, payment date, amount, plan, refund reason, and the feature or incident you believe was unused or unavailable.
We generally review usage and PortOne payment status within three business days after receiving the request. Actual card cancellation, e-wallet cancellation, or bank settlement may take longer depending on PortOne and connected payment providers.
Transactions with issued tax invoices may require additional steps such as revised tax invoices, reversal processing, and business verification.
7. Expiration of quota and credits
Daily and monthly included usage expires at the end of each period and is not refundable or carried over.
Promotional, event, free-trial, or compensation credits are not cash-refundable.
If add-on usage packs are sold separately, their validity, deduction order, and refund eligibility will be shown on the purchase screen or email notice.
